Customer Reviews Okay, but downloading music?
I bought this for my five-year old nephew in summery 2010, and five months later I still can't figure out how to get music downloads onto it -- I can see the song on the contents list, but when I press Music, I get the message "disk empty." My nephew enjoys the two videos, but this isn't worth the $50 I paid for the player. I have emails into the customer service address at Jazwares, but I haven't heard back yet. Perplexing! It shouldn't be this hard, especially when this is a kid's toy. |
