Customer Reviews Not great, but my son loves it.
I agree with the other reviewer in that this toy is more like a free toy from a fast food restaurant than anything else. Probably not worth the cost, but my 5 year old son absolutely loves it. It has held up very well considering the amount of abuse that he has inflicted on it.
The most disappointing aspect of the toy is that the disc viewer is poorly designed. If you manage shine some light at a particular angle you might be rewarded with a blurry blob that might resemble one of Ben 10's characters.
There is another version of the Omnitrix coming out later this year which promises all kinds of bells and whistles later this year. For now this toy - although far from perfect - is a boon for my son. 5 stars for authentic appearance - 2 stars for function
This watch looks so real, my grandson was thrilled. However there is no way to view the images on the disc that come with the watch (or the Ben10 character toys) because the watch is not back lit. Really lame
That is how my 4 year old described his watch. He was really disappointed that you had to change the wheels like a viewmaster (and they are really hard to keep track of!) and the images were next to impossible to see. I can't believe this is selling for $19.99 now! We're going to try the newer version, the description sounds more like what he was hoping for the first time. |
